An Agency Account is where you can manage all of the sub-accounts within your agency. It acts as an umbrella so that you as the agency owner, can toggle between sub-accounts.

Sub-accounts (also referred to as 'Client Accounts' or 'Locations') are where everything lives for each of the businesses you manage - including your own agency.
